Key points

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include the Platform commission.
Each store in a cart is checked out separately.
Orders follow the status flow: Pending → Confirmed → Rider Assigned → Rider En Route → Item Picked Up → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Live rider GPS is processed during an active delivery so customers can track progress.
Vendor reviews are public; rider reviews are visible to Admin only.
Personal data is handled in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. We do not sell personal data.
