Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering as a Vendor, you agree to these Terms, the Platform's general rules, and all applicable Nigerian laws (including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act and the NDPA 2023).

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be 18+ and, where required, register your business in Nigeria.

Vendor registration requires business name, contact details, and store address. No individual KYC is required for Vendors at signup, but we may request verification documents at any time to prevent fraud or comply with law.

3. Vendor Account & Storefront

You are responsible for the accuracy of your store name, storefront picture, products, prices, stock, and descriptions.

You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.

"Stay signed in" tokens must not be used on shared devices.

4. Product Listings

You may only list products you are legally permitted to sell.

Listings must be accurate; misleading descriptions, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items are strictly banned.

Prices are set by you but are displayed to customers inclusive of the Platform's commission. The commission is blended into the displayed price and is never shown to customers.

You must maintain adequate stock. Repeatedly accepting orders you cannot fulfil may lead to suspension.

5. Commission & Fees

The Platform charges a commission on each sale. The global rate is set by the Admin, and individual Vendors may have a custom commission rate override.

Commission rates may change with notice.

You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.

6. Orders & Fulfilment

You must prepare confirmed orders promptly for Rider pickup.

You must package items safely and label them correctly.

You must not cancel confirmed orders without a valid reason. Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.

7. Payouts

Earnings accumulate in your Vendor balance.

You must register a payout account (account name, number, and bank) in your dashboard. Payouts are made to that account only. Payouts are processed within 24 hours after delivery.

Payouts may be delayed where orders are under dispute, refunded, or flagged for fraud.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We are not liable for funds sent to details you provided incorrectly.

8. Ratings & Reviews

Customers may rate your store and products publicly.

You may respond to reviews but must not harass, threaten, or bribe reviewers.

Attempting to manipulate ratings (fake reviews, incentivised positive reviews) is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: sell illegal or prohibited goods; misrepresent products; evade commission; collude with Riders or customers to defraud the Platform; or misuse customer data obtained through orders.

10. Customer Data

You may receive customer name, address, and phone number solely to fulfil the order. You must not use it for marketing, resale, or any other purpose.

11. Suspension, Termination & Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, poor performance, or legal requirements.

Where fraud or serious breach is established, Admin may hard-delete your store account (with the confirmation step "DELETE"). Pending legitimate payouts will be handled per applicable law.

12. Liability

You are solely liable for the products you sell, including their quality, legality, and safety.

You indemnify All Corner Store against claims arising from your listings, products, or conduct.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes should first be raised with support@allcornerstore.com.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
